Block City building set, “all-plastic construction set” from Plastic Block City, Inc., Chicago, model # B 995, “The Las Vegas”. Set is not complete, image of panel listing original pieces included here for your reference. The pieces which ARE here are:

Condition Of The Thing:
Previously coveted and employed (used), with plenty of evidence of the fact (see photo), can is missing lid and features writing. May be insignificant amount of dust, easily removed, due to my general policy of presenting Things “as found”. Many full blocks appear to need washing, as they have a light brown substance on them which resembles a stain, but it DOES remove with soap and warm water (cola, or something similar?).
OBVIOUSLY BROKEN PIECES HAVE BEEN REMOVED, although you may find a crack or two.
Booklet is missing, as is garage door & lintel, and fencing and roofing material are also not included, but this would be a fun set to restore to complete, and “plays” ok, as-is.
