Description:
The Success No. 2 stand lamp was introduced in 1899 by the Pittsburg Lamp And Brass Co. This lamp is complete with fill cap and complete burner with wick raiser and flame spreader but no wick. The cast iron loading weight in the base is marked as shown (click that image to enlarge). This highly polished center draft oil lamp has a small font dent and a bent stem which makes it lean a little. Could be straightened by an experienced craftsman or could be used for parts, has excellent burner!
